If this rumour is true then why is LIB still heading south ?

Is ADV selling LIB so as to make a takeover look attractive?

This seems an unlikely tactic, I wander if it is a legal one?

I wander of all the rumours mentioned on sharechat how many 
have been true?

Anyone got any stats on that?
