Fluctuation is the name of the day traders game!
Combined with volume, it provides easy entrance and exit for trading.

Only 8 million of a 30 million buyback so far purchased.

I don't worry about the little guys
a) they only had 806 shares
b) I cant see a pattern for them

I am not a long term investor in CEN so I can't provide a long term prognosis!
