[sharechat] PRG late 350,000 share placement today

Interesting to note in a late announcement to the NZSE that 350,000 shares 
at $1.68 were issued in a private and special placement to senior executives 
of PRG today. Now that RMG is ready to start trading again, maybe Mr Watson 
will be making an announcement regarding PRG's future soon. We wait with 
interest.
