Interesting to note that 2% of
Dorchester Pacific shares swapped hands today @ 5% discount
to market price. 357,829 shares relates to amount
2% of the total 16,333,200 shares issued.
Only 7 shareholders hold
shares larger than that traded, majority being related to Directors of the
company
Shares have been
infrequently traded of late, being unusually inactive considering they
have
recently had a 1/2 year profit announcement of 38%
increase.
Also a strange move in
that they announced a 3cps fully imputed Dividend but they have yet to
announce at what date they are going to pay it out to shareholders.
Can anyone shed any light on who was the
buyer/seller, and what could possibly be happening behind the scenes (if
anything).
