Thanks everyone,
Jesse, yes I just want to turn trades quicker, not really day trading.
I didn't realise Access could sell before settlement, but the at-market 
restriction is prohibitive.
Netbroker sounds better although they don't have traders rates (this helps 
alot with Access with the relatively small amount of money that I usually 
trade with, eg for $1000 trade, Access charges me $6 + $3 trade fee)
