Brief: ITC Construction Ltd (498) - SEHK, 13.5% owned by BRY has went to court on friday seeking a HK$233 million compensation for its lost-making bridge project in HK with Downer,- ITC Construction Ltd's subsidary.

Sorry I'm not good at translating, especially the detail legal stuff but it certainly bad news for BRY again.
