[sharechat] Will WDT continue to burn hole in pockets?

From: Robert Nottage <robnottage@yahoo.com>

Earlier this year, we read this:

----------------------
Revenue boost for new-look Strathmore
17.04.2000 -
WELLINGTON - Listed technology investor Strathmore
Group has reported a sixfold increase in revenue in
the
half-year and a turnaround in profit after selling a
loss-making investment.
----------------------

What was the loss-making investment? None other than
Wellington Drive Technologies! If WDT had a promising
and extremely profitable future, the likes of Phil
Norman and Ken Cowie at SMR would not have sold up
SMR's investment but would have also ploughed their
own money into mate Ray Thompson's retirement 'hobby
horse'. Think about it!
