Will be interesting to see who is appointed to fill this void.  On the 
other hand, if the company is intending to cease trading and wind up I 
would expect no appointment to be made.

Aquaria 21 advised of the resignation as a Director of Thomas Chai Leng 
Song,
effective 24/05/00.  The Board is currently in the process of selecting an
appropriately qualified person to fill the casual vacancy.
