[sharechat] Whitcoulls & PRG

I remember sometime ago, someone on Sharechat had "inside" information from 
Whitcoulls and alerted us to drastic management changes which were taking place 
in the company as a precursor to possibly being taken over by Watson. And we 
all thought then that it might be happening through AQL. Maybe it will all come 
to fruition now through PRG.
