Deep Video monitors work like a normal LCD monitor. They have 2 panels of
800 x 600 LCD Matrix display and pretty good resolution, which works way
better than normal LCD monitors. The 54Hz or 60Hz is just the refresh rate,
which means the screen flicks 54 times per second. I don't think it will blow up
all the house lights with power consumption of just 60W- 75W. My computer
monitor is running at a refresh rate of 85Hz and I have no problem with my house
lights.
