[sharechat] Colonial First State Property Trust

Anyone out there with thoughts on the future returns of this trust ? Returns in December 1999 were very good. With a bit of a downturn in the economy, will future returns be affected or are the tenancies nearly all medium/long-term and secure. Additionally, does anyone know of any reference sources where further details on the trust can be found ??
