I have just attended the Pacific Lithium (PLL) Special meeting. The NASDAQ
listing for late Sept 2000 early Oct 2000 is all go !!!.

Once the merge with Lithium Technology Ltd (LITH) is complete PLL shareholders
will hold between 85% to 90% of the new company Ilion Technology Ltd. Judging by
the cars in the carpark and the average age of the PLL shareholders in
yesterday's meeting these are long term shareholders. Ilion will be seeking to
raise US$100 million with their IPO. The IPO price is expected to be between
US$10 to US$16.

There will be some major announcement in the next few months prior to IPO which
will also add value to the company business and hopefully flow through to the
listing price. The company has also identify new markets in which additional
revenue will be generated from. This is a real company with real people and real
income.

Recent investors have walk away from yesterday's meeting saying "I want to buy
some more shares". Recent investors have been paying between NZD$7-$8.

LITH shareholders will not do as well as PLL shareholder with their shares now
converting at 1 new share for every 15 - 18 LITH shares. PLL shareholders will
enjoy a 1 for 1 conversion ratio.

Everytime l come out of a PLL meeting l want to buy more shares. The company is
led by a very dynamic man Robin Johannink. They always put the shareholder
first. One of PLL major shareholder is the very vocal Bruce Sheppard. Many of
you will know Bruce Sheppard from other AGM's.

l just can't wait unit Sept 2000 rolls around.
