I am not surprised about you being recommended to buy as I sold my holding 
today which is a sure sign of a big rise to come soon. I sold because I 
needed the money for some property otherwise would of kept them. As phil 
mentioned, little downside risk with low price and low dollar good takeover 
target. Industry has bottomed out and is looking up. Less debt and plenty of 
cash due to chile sale however shareholders did not see any of it. I do have 
that feeling that something will happen soon but do not know exactly what. 
Your broker obviously knows a little bit more than me - Recommend BUY.
Disclosure - sold mine today due to property purchase.
