Dr Brash will push up interest rates next week. This will be negative
for what is left of the NZ exchange.

10% returns will be achievable in FI. Why buy shares? Be a wise kiwi,
buy fixed interest after the rise.

Even better; an airfare to Sydney $499. Cheers.
