Chris,
It's not a case of caution but one of commonsense.  However I applaud your 
generous spirit because it allows sellers to get out when the market is 
going down, tech stocks have been getting a battering over in Australia over 
the past few weeks, and Wall Street is battening down for a tough week 
ahead.
