About ten years ago I was involved in a small credit agency which me and a friend started up in the Wellington area. We were in direct competition to Bay. We found that we could pick the eyes out of the market.

We were finally brought out and went onto other things.

I have been out of this industry for a while now but I'm sure there is still scope for an innovative company to provide good customer service in this sector.
