I know only of teh Uk amrket and there are several brokers who deal in IPOs for UK and some USA. I have not tried so DYOR.

Also companies such as Durlacher, Talisman, and London Pacific specialise in setting up IPOs and give seed capital or by VC of up to 30%. Durlacher has since fallen back but at one time had the highest capital appreciation among quoted stocks - currently at 106P and have reached 574P compared to Oct 98 price equivalent to 2.33P
