GEN: AQL: NZSE WAIVER - DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL REPORT
 
Aquaria 21 has bee granted a waiver of L.R 10.5.1 in respect to a delay in
the publication of its annual report and accounts.
The reason for the delay is because the agreement to sell Aquaria 21's major
asset, the Shanghai Aquarium, to Bliss Corporation has not yet been settled.
The annual report and accounts will now be circulated by 05/01/2000.
