In actual fact for a long time now Soros has had little day to day invlovement in his funds. He spends his time philanthropically trying to drag eastern European countries into free markets. Without a doubt he remains one of the greatest investors of all time. Past and present. There is an unfortunate tendency at the moment for various commentators to slag people like Soros and Buffett. When these tech stocks scrips are paper in public lavatories they will, I bet, still be around. Brierley falls into the same category. Perhaps the new investment paradigm will end differently than every mania since the beginning of time but I doubt it. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.sharechat.co.nz/ New Zealand's home for market investors To remove yourself from this list, please us the form at http://www.sharechat.co.nz/forum.html.
