Timothy,
You are right about Soros's downsizing his worldwide investments and there's 
an article in this morning's Sydney Morning Herald to this 
effect(http://www.smh.com.au/news/0005/01/business/business14.html).
As to what effect it will have on ADV, we will just have to wait and watch, 
I guess, although smaller investors might not want to do that.
