The following is a notice posted today by Bliss:-
BLISS CORPORATION LIMITED 2000-04-26 ASX-SIGNAL-
GHOMEX - Melbourne +++++++++++++++++++++++++The 
Directors advise that completion of the acquisition of Oceanisand 
Christchurch has not been finalised at this time.The final date for completion 
of conditions precedent to contract,March 31 was passed without a vital 
condition being satisfied.Further, a number of issues have arisen which the 
impact on thevaluation of Oceanis and Christchurch are being considered at 
thistime.The Directors note their concern at the time taken by Oceanis and 
Christchurch to fulfil conditions of completion provided in theagreements 
executed. The board have set certain milestones to beachieved by the 
shareholders of Oceanis and Christchurch within thenext three weeks in 
order that completion may occur. If thesemilestones have not been met, then 
the transaction as whole may bere-assessed.
