Jim, you have kak, please see postings (mostly last month) for details on 
removal..

And while I'm here, not really bye bye Oliver, just bye bye inappropriate 
language (& comments etc.) (hopefully).  We don't want anyone to stop 
contributing, we just want people to stick within the rules - otherwise 
people really do get offended (we know because they tell us).  No swearing, 
no personal attacks, and in general use a bit of common sense re 
appropriateness.  If in doubt, please ask us.
