Thanks for your suggestions Eric.

It's difficult to find information out on EBOS, PRG does look like a buy. As for the tech stocks I think we are due for another dumping in the next few months, so I'll save some cash for those then.

I am very interested in the whys of ElderCare and would be interested in your comments on:

Retirement villages have a low cost of entry (any property developer can throw up a retirement village)
Reliance on residential house prices, if house prices are low less people can afford to buy into retirement villages
Reliance on government for funding
The boom in elderly care won't be for another 10 yrs (baby boomers), that's a long time to wait!

(Disclosure do holde shares in MetLife though am reconsidering)
