etr broker replied it was a software error. thanks. no suggestion of
fixing it, in fact a similar thing happened six months ago and I told
them about it, nothing done.

on a different note, heard an analyst commenting on the good Dr B
increasing  interest rates, 'he's heading off the boom/bust cycle of the
economy'. So, he's saving us from the economic boom! pull the other one.
