Rawters News: 18/4/2000 A dead cat is reported to have made its way from Nasdaq, USA to New Zealand on a one-engined Air New Zealand flight late last night. It had managed to stow away in the undercarriage, but fell from the Sky when a wheel came off the plane, apparently weakened after a turbulent landing in Singapore. A Day Trader, on her way to the Eagle Boys Pizza Hut, was unfortunately struck and killed by the cat as she paused to activate the 7% turbo-boost vibrator on her SYMBOL WAP device (elementary, Mr Watson?). Police have laid charges against the cat's owners, Mr and Mrs Rich Pickings of Silicon Valley for a 'gross breach' of New Zealands strict bio-Securities protection laws. I'm still waiting... I think the three people supporting our tech industry just left for a more important engagement somewhere in the East... Now tell me I should continue day-trading! IMO I'm a mug and IMHO day trading is a mug's game in this country. My advice - buy long in NZ and stick to free star-gazing. (Yes I definitely need some sleep Mr Jones...) ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.sharechat.co.nz/ New Zealand's home for market investors To remove yourself from this list, please us the form at http://www.sharechat.co.nz/forum.html.
