Re: [sharechat] A Daniel come to judgement! IE, Oliver

I suppose its for a story a la American Graffiti.....but for me who went
through 1987 in all its gut wrenching despair and destruction, when
anything one did turned to custard, when nothing would work and there
was no hope anywhere....I'm afraid 2000 doesn't compare.
I must admit to one or two queasy moments as I read through the downs
and lows ranges of some of the good techs on the ASX today but still
substantially above what I purchased the last lot for.
Possibly its like asking a WW1 veteran of Somme and Verdun and
Bapaume and Ypres and Passchendaele (there were more killed in WW1 than
WW2)
what they thought of Vietnam with all the American hype and you'd probably
get a polite farting noise
in response.

cheers,
hugh
