The fundamentals have not changed but what has changed is the market
perception of those companies which are not valued on their fundamentals
i.e. the crappy little NZ tech stocks.
This could be a good time to buy selectively. This is the time when
inexperienced investors in their haste to get out place "market" orders( the
volumes seem to be fairly small which supports this), the institutions tend
to sit on the sidelines for a while and those with nerves of steel can
profit.
