As far as I am aware the deal is set in concrete unless either party cannot
get the regularity agreements from their respective governments in which
case the "guilty" party has to pay $200m to the other. So I should think the
deal will go ahead, at least I hope so or my purchase of FLP last week will
look pretty sick.
