waal, if you cast back in Sharechat you'll a damning article
in the NBR on Henley quoted in full - briefly it has $1,500 revenue
a year (yes, that's right its not a misprint), it was started on capital
of $1,000, it purveys some charting software and share price data
which it claims is a world leader, it advertised in newspapers for
suckers to buy about $21 million shares I think the figure was and
it had then no announced intention or ability to get a listing anywhere.
In other words once you bought your shares you couldn't sell them.
In current market conditions its probably more extinct than the moa.
Historically it may be seen as the most classic case of tech idiocy 
and gullibility in NZ in 1999/2000. If you don't believe me argue with
the NBR and the other Sharechat contributors who provided the
$1,000 capital quate.
At least 2 warnings were issued in Sharechat but who knows....
human beings are perverse creatures.
