Qixel has advantage, check this article out and post your thoughts on the following paragraph. Blue Stars business solutions operations Cogent and Hart Candy are to be consolidated into a single entity.

Could this be AQL new investment?

If not we are running out of options other than perhaps a tie up with Walker wireless now that's a real stab in the dark.
