[sharechat] Tracking APP for UK Aus and NZ stock exchanges

I hope someone can shed some light on this, What methods can I use to
track my selected shares on these stock exchanges, I would like to
get daily updates for each share I am interested in.

Any ideas woiuld be greatly appreciated
