Re: [sharechat] Thank you
I would like to echo Christian's thank you also. As a newby to this 'game'
it can be very daunting initially and this forum provides the little boys
like myself an opportunity to 'hang out' with the big boys and girls.
Thanks to some expert intuition and well presented discussions I have
managed to make a couple of investments that have been encouraging (ie
AIRVB and INL) and a couple of spec's (AQL and AIA) that may take a while
to bear fruit. I have taken the view of a long term investor as I have
neither the knowledge, financial stamina, tools or time to trade and the
input of a few key people has helped me open my eyes to the opportunities
available in the NZSE for long term gains with perhaps a few windfalls
along the way.
I have 'lurked' in the background over the last few weeks and have learnt
who to read and who to listen to. Others who don't seem to have much to
contribute toward the gaining of knowledge are binned.
I would like to thank everyone who have contributed toward my 'education'
and I look forward to the continuation of the posts that expand knowledge.

Subject: [sharechat] Thank you
To all the List members:
I started of buying shares thinking very simple like:
Everyone needs paper - bought FLP
The majority likes watching live sports - bought SKY
Everybody needs electricity - bought CEN
Sometimes I took a punt on shares like CULTUS and got rewarded.
However, after signing up for sharechat, I have access to E-Mails from
people like Franco, who wrote so detailled about INL that I bought in, or
Osbert (I think it was him) who said that he thinks that SPE can fall down
right to 14cents and bought then in at 13cents.
For me whose knowledge in the Sharemarket was limited to PEratios and
High/Low's a tool like sharechat helps me tremendous in expanding my
horizon and learn everyday a little bit more.
Thanks to the Sharechat Administrators and all its List-members.
Christian
