The intention of positive and constructive
criticism is admirable. I would like to point out
1. The nature of the management of many companies
seems covert
2. The managements appear from the outside to be
inept
3. There appears to be access to information for
only a chosen few to allow them to profit
This is encouraged by our weak controls. An example
just today, is the criticism of a proposed change to the Commerce Act which
might make these people have to act more legitimately.
In the matter of "robust" discussion, just look at
some of the overseas BBs.
You ain't seen nothing yet!
