So, ITC has found a home for about 1/3 of its spare
money.

But is this an admission that the world of IT is just
too big for ITC (it is in a way) and that the best
idea is to be some sort of middle man, Marketing 
proven solutions from the US in NZ & environs?

It seems related to the rapid start program of
Ernst & Young

But with the help of Terabyte ITC can probably better
that program and hence add value.

It would be good to see some figures on how successful
(or otherwise) rapid start has been.
