A quote from an article in the New Zealand Herald this evening regarding the FLP announcement...

 

"Share broker John Whelan from Merrill Lynch says it's all good news for the local sharemarket - and Fletcher Challenge stocks in particular.

He says the price is well above the market's expectations, and we should see a large leap in Fletcher Challenge prices across the board tomorrow".

for the last few months i have been holding on to ffs.

it took some courage(stupidity) not to sell.

i guess you can say it's at bargain basement price.
