Hi All

I expected to see a whole bunch of messages about the Contact buyback this morning and I was surprised to see not a one. Has this just been upstaged by the AirNZ deal or is this just not of much interest? I'm a bit confused just what does a share buyback mean? How does a listed company buy back it's own shares? Does this reduce the number of shares on issue? Still seems Contact is undervalued. I bought more shares yesterday at 2.64 michael
