Have had time to digest Frank's thorough analysis of the SIA/BRY/AirNZ 
situation and I am also now of the same frame of mind that a deal will be 
reached between the parties concerned.

What stuck out for me was the fact that 43% of the Brierley board at present is 
made up of Singaporean and Malaysian directors. And from what we are hearing, 
there has been a concerted buying of BRY shares to increase stakeholding by 
Singaporean interests.

And we know now that Mr Quek Poh Huat, who sits on the BRY board,is also 
President of Temasek Holdings (the principal owner of SIA) while his fellow BRY 
director, Mr Wong Kok Siew is also part of the Temasek empire.

Throw in the fact that BRY is now domiciled in Singapore, will have its 
principal listing in Singapore, intends to develop its future business 
interests in the region, and what does that tell you?
