Today is the last day to accept/reject the Asia Pacific Breweries 
takeover offer @ $2.80 for DBG.  Last 2 weeks have seen heavy buying at 
$2.85-7.  The purchaser is declared in the SSH copied below.

Who is Palo Alto Investors Inc?  Anyone know?  Another brewer or profit 
maker?

This purchase leaves APB about 23% short of the 90% threshold and 33% 
short overall.
