Also, just because the company may not be listed on the NZSE doesn't mean
that it can't be discussed on the forum. Any company or stock exchange can
be discussed on ShareChat.

Henley Communication is not really popular
in this chat room. Some investors were critical over company listing on
NZSE.
Unofficial news are:
Tuesday coming week - this is unofficial day IPO will be filled
up. Switzerland company is interesting in 30,000 copies of Henley software for
its clients.
Investor from Germany seek for big
portion of shares, so they will be very keen to refund your
money.
Henley will not be listed on NZSE
at all. They will be listed on ASX in June - July instead.
Henley will focus mostly on Australia and UK market with their
services, as a bigger # of investors are there. At the moment they are
financial information content providers to the new TVNZ web site and DMF
Brokerage web site.
I hope this information
will help to make your investment decision and will stop further posting on
Sharechat as they will have a very little to do with NZSE.
