A report on the damages caused by flooding near Contace Energy's Clyde (?) Dam has said the dam has made the damage worse, and suggest that the damaged land be bought from the owners. It doesnt say whether the govt or Contact should foot the bill, but it must have an effect on the share price, as the cost could be several million.
