[sharechat] INL at $4.25 tomorrow? Please clarify

Malcolm, Pardon my ignorance. Does this mean that INL
will open up at no less than $4.25 tomorrow and there
are some big buyers out there who intend to gobble up
the shares? Also is the source of the information
reliable? Thanks.
