You can find the announcement online through any ASX site (I go thru ASB Securities... www.asbbank.co.nz) but I'm sure there are better.

Mr Watson is of course Eric Watson. In my view at least he still has the midas touch which is why I'm still holding my SMR, my ADV, and (sob) my AQL. Yes, the rumour (oh wish it was true) was that Eric Watson may use PRB as a backdoor listing vehicle, but I've heard nothing to confirm this. You can find articles about Eric Watson all over the place, some good, some not so good (esp the insider trading allegations surrounding a certain small printing company...) but there is plenty there - couldn't summarise it in a short email!
