Wonder if anyone can indicate what effect the ASX/S&P's new benchmark
indices will have on New Zealand dual-listed stocks as far as loss of
Aussie fund manager's routine support of the stocks is concerned? The
likes of Telecom and the FCL haven't made the cut.
