[sharechat] INL share split
Thanks for waking us up Frank. I thought the most interesting point in
today's article in the Sunday Star Times was the paragraph which said
that the rationale in issuing more shares was that after starting off
cheaper after a split, they can quickly gain in price as more investors
come in, attracted by the higher liquidity. The Baycorp case was a good
case and such examples are obviously not uncommon for companies which
are performing well and are desirable stocks. I have not owned INL
shares in the past as I have always perceived them to be on the
expensive side but it's a different story from here on.
Regards,
Murray
