For those following UK stocks the following mail from a site that
correctly predicted a number of good buys such as Sopheon, ARM in very
early stages. I do hold and trade UK stocks.

Look at the following information cynically and treat it as a form of
ramping! You don't have to buy! The
information included is not an invitation to buy or sell shares and is
not intended to offer any financial
advice. The following are 'whispers' regarding which way the following
stocks are possibly going to move
from within the city. These are not my own views, these are whispers
within the city (the shoe shiner,
hairdresser and kebab man-no credibility should be attached), the stocks
I hold are marked with an *

CITY WHISPERS warning

Wednesday 15th March

Please note with the current conditions in the market place, City
Whispers feel it is sensible to liquidate a
high proportion of the portfolio as a precautionary measure. 85% of the
CW portfolio has been liquidated
and the remaining 15% is retained in utilities. The basis of the
decision is the continuing worry of an over
expanding economy in the UK as well as the US - higher interest rates,
added to this are the recent
comments by Bill Clinton and Tony Blair - Biotech Stocks, Falls on
Nasdaq are pointing towards further
falls. Everyone has talked about the 'internet bubble' we feel it could
burst any time now and as a result
feel Tech stocks will take the full brunt of it, and may never recover
to the high prices they have already
enjoyed. Longer term stocks could recover but we are not prepared to
take the risk.

Viktor de Beers

Please remember these are the views of City Whispers and do your own
research before any financial
decisions are made.
