Hi Jane,
WEL Technology is a Hamilton-based software company
with Mr John O'Hara as its CEO. Late in January Spectrum announced that it had
entered a conditional agreement to buy WEL Technology from its parent WEL Energy
and would appoint John O'Hara as the CEO for the converted Spectrum with a focus
on B2B e-commerce. It's not listed anywhere at present, and will be part of
Spectrum once the deal becomes unconditional (need approval from Spectrum's
shareholders). You can look up under the company announcements under SPE for
details of the proposed deal.
Kind regards,
Osbert
