 GEN: CGB: ESTABLISHMENT OF CHROME eHEALTH BUSINESS UNIT 
  
 Chrome Global has announced the formation of Chrome eHealth, a
specialised 
 business unit created to deliver business solutions to the health
sector. 
 The new business will include: 
 A partner ship with IBM; 
 An Australian and NZ distributorship for world class health related
 e-commerce applications; 
 Products and services already pro vided by Chrome, namely Oracle
Technical 
 services; and 
 A dedicated team who understand the relevant business drivers and can
deliver 
 the business benefits to our customers. 
 Chrome eHealth has been awarded the Australian and NZ distributorship
for the 
 following health related e-commerce applications: 
 Quadrat - Radiology Information System, which provided a complete
scheduling 
 and radiology information system; 
 Markcare Medical Systems - Picture, archival and communications systems,
 which captures and stores images of x-rays, ultrasounds etc; 
 Worldcare Technologies - Telemedicine platform for regional, national
and 
 international clinical information exchange and leading solutions for
 clinical image management and distribution.
