[sharechat] Spectrum resistance

I have been watching Spectrum today and the stock does not seem to be
moving as quickly as I thought it might (considering the announcement
yesterday by MD John O'Hara about SPE signing a deal with an American
company). I recall Paynter, in similar circumstances, soaring up on
any regurgitation of previously announced plans. Investor resistance
where SPE is concerned?
