Further to the excerpt that I included in my last posting this morning 
pertaining to Spectrum, Momentum and DF Mainland, reproduced below is a 
further paragraph from the same Business Herald article. It particularly 
refered to Spectrum's intention to issue free bonus shares,rights and 
options soon.

"Given the deep discount, the rights are worth more than 11c a share. The 
market should watch like a hawk to see whether Momentum makes a quick buck 
by selling some of its rights or whether it takes up its full entitlement of 
new shares.:

No prize for guessing which broking firm would probably be involved in all 
of this. My advice to investors is - unless DFM stands up and explains its 
position with regards to Spectrum, AQL, its interests with Frontier 
Petroleum, Eldercare (I have since been advised that Stuart Cairns of DFM is 
also involved with this company) etc, it would be very advisable to steer 
well clear of DFM and any shares it is promoting or selling. We have already 
seen all the funny goings-on with AQL, it may be Spectrum and Frontier next, 
when will it stop? Ritchie and Frank, you have our fullest support and I 
hope other Sharechat subscribers will rally to the cause of fair play for 
all investors. Let us make a stand, otherwise we will get bulldozed time and 
time again. DFM, we know you are reading this and we are still waiting!
