RE: [sharechat] Shareclubs
Hi
I started a shareclub last year (with a great degree of success to date:)).
I think one of the most important things to do first is to get a club
charter organised - I can provide you a copy of our if you like.
We appointed officers of the club at our first AGM (held at the
pub.)Chairman, Secretary, Funds manager, Treasurer. Since then it has been a
great deal of fun and everyone has learnt a lot about investing in shares.
To date we have made a 42% gain and have approximately $20K in 7 different
shares. Due to the amount of money we have quickly amassed it is very
important to get the charter right - especially entry and exit clauses.
Contact me direct if you would like further details.
Regards
ms

Subject: [sharechat] Shareclubs
Hello everyone
I'm a long time listener first time contributor. Just getting into the
sharemarket I have found this group discussion very helpful and
informative.
I was thinking about starting up a share group with about ten others and
was hoping to get some advice and ideas from other people who have been
involved in sharegroups. Any advice on any aspects is appreciated.
Cheers!
